SAP Course Description:
In this course you make a recall of a batch. A defective batch is identified, and needs to be recalled from customers and prospects who have received the batch. You run a program to identify all customers who have received a defective batch. The user then selects the addresses of the contact persons and print a form letter to each customer to inform them of the recall. The following activities for each customer is stored in the system. Any returned goods are entered into SAP and documented.
